Accomplishments:

With over 25 years of experience in commercial construction, Matt has numerous accomplishments with the firms he has worked for, which led him to start his own successful construction company. Matt’s experience as the president and project manager with Cunningham Clark Construction includes over 30 completed since forming in 2016. Below is a list of a few of his accomplishments in his career:

  • While working at Braun & Butler Construction in Austin Texas he managed the largest project the firm has completed to date, the Marina Village at Lakeway Condominiums, which consisted of 40 luxury condo units totaling over 90,000 square feet. He completed school district projects during short summer schedules, including multiple projects totaling $4.7M for Eanes ISD in 12 weeks. He also managed the Greater Texas Foundation office building which achieved a LEED Gold certification. While he was there, all projects successfully met or exceeded profitability goals. Lastly, he was awarded the AGC Excellence in Construction Award for the Academy of Oriental Medicine of Austin (AOMA)

  • While working for Sabre Commercial, he was awarded the first-ever Sabre Ignitor Award, which was given to one office and one field employee who was recognized by the company's owners for being a difference-maker within the firm.

  • In January 2017, Matt was honored with the 20 Under 40 Award in Wichita Falls, TX. This award recognizes people under 40 throughout the city who have impacted the Wichita Falls community through their professional and philanthropic efforts.
